General Counsel
We’re looking for a General Counsel who can provide practical legal support across TechAble’s programs, partnerships, and internal operations. In this role, you’ll help us review basic agreements, maintain simple compliance processes, and ensure our growing nonprofit stays protected as we expand our work with students, partners, and community organizations. This position is ideal for a recent law graduate or junior legal professional who is eager to gain hands‑on experience, build a portfolio of nonprofit and technology‑related work, and contribute meaningfully to a mission‑driven team. The ideal candidate has strong research skills, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
Finance & Accounts Officer
We’re looking for a Finance & Accounts Officer who will support TechAble’s day‑to‑day financial operations, including basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, budgeting support, and preparation of simple financial reports. This role will help us maintain clean and transparent financial systems as we grow, especially around donor funds, program expenses, and grant readiness. It’s a great opportunity for a recent accounting or finance graduate who wants practical experience in nonprofit finance while contributing to a mission that empowers young people across Ghana. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, comfortable with spreadsheets or accounting tools, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
