Every TechAble program runs on what we do well and on the people who make it work.
What we do well is accessible training, mentorship, accessibility audits and assistive technology support. The people are learners, mentors, employers and accessibility advocates across Africa.
What we learn flows back into program design, so each cohort makes the next one stronger.
Learners join hands-on digital skills courses in fields like web development, design and digital marketing, adapted to each person and the assistive technology they use.
Mentors from industry and universities guide each learner, turning new skills into confidence, a portfolio and a clear direction.
We introduce graduates to internships, freelance work and employers committed to inclusive workplaces, so training leads to income.
